Change of Mind Returns
- We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for opened or damaged packaging.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or repair at no additional cost.
Return Process
- Contact our customer support via your Account Dashboard with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
- Send the product back to the provided return address.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personal care products, perishable goods, and hygiene-related items.
- Products that have been used, modified, or damaged due to misuse.
- Digital products or software downloads.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
