Shipping & Returns

We use a variety of shipping solutions in order to give the consumer the best possible choice. **The company shall ship all in stock items within 1-2 business days of orders being paid and completed but during Xmas and Easter Trading Periods there may be delays.

In the rare situations where stock is not available for dispatch within 2 business days we will call or contact the customer and offer a full refund if an acceptable delivery date cannot be agreed upon.

The company uses third party providers for shipping and we do not accept any liability for damage and loss of goods on behalf of the partners.

Returns are simple and easy.

We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items within 30 days of receipt of your order. You may return products that meet each of the following criteria:

• Have the original invoice attached
• Are in their original packaging
• Are not used.
• Are not damaged due to unpacking or misuse.

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be refunded only in those instances that the return is a result of our error - for example an incorrect item shipped.

Cancel Order Requests

With any cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. In the event that the product is shipped, you will be charged for the order. if you wish to cancel your order, contact us ASAP using the details below and quote your order number.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
