To enquire about an existing order, please contact the Seller via the Order History in your Account dashboard.

SHIPPING POLICY

We have negotiated very competitive freight rates from the carriers that we use, the benefits of which are passed onto our customers. The checkout trolley will indicate the shipping cost if there is any. Freight charges are calculated around the cubic measurement, weight and destination of the order.

Please do not use a PO Box address for shipping. Please use a physical address.

We ship goods Australia wide.

It takes approximately 2 working days to fulfill and despatch your order and ship goods from our warehouse in Australia.

The national carriers that we use will take a handful of days thereafter, to deliver your order, depending on where the delivery address is located. Obviously remote areas will take a day or two longer than capital cities and metro areas.

REFUND POLICY (DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS)

We do our best to ensure that our products are wrapped sufficiently to survive their journey to you, but we do have to rely on third party companies to deliver your goods and breakages, unfortunately, can happen from time to time.

Please ensure you thoroughly check your items to see that they are not damaged or faulty on receipt of the goods.

If you can see that your item has arrived damaged, you can contact us via the Order History in your Account dashboard and give a description of the damaged or faulty item and we’ll be in touch to resolve this for you as a priority.

If you realize at a later stage that your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us and be sure to include photos of the damaged or faulty items. Once we have received your enquiry, we will respond to you and resolve the issue. 

Please do not return damaged or faulty items without contacting us first as we will be unable to refund any postage costs.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
