Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us via the Order History in your Account Dashboard.
Returns
You are welcome to return or exchange items within 14 days of dispatch. We recommend your first approach would be to contact us to arrange a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of recieving the items.
Your purchased product must return to us in a new condition - unwashed or used, tags on and in its original packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed, or removed from their original packaging. You also must include a copy of your invoice with the return. We do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise an exchange, credit note or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of this via email. Dummies, dummy clips, teething necklaces & swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Shipping costs for returned items by change of mind are the buyers responsibility.

Items will be shipped out within 1-3 business days unless they are on back-order. You will be notified straight away if a product is out of stock and a longer delivery time is expected.
12 month warranty
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
