A physical street address is required for all deliveries. It's important to us that every parcel completes its journey safe and sound. But we appreciate that some remote locations may only have the Post Office Box as an alternative collection point and if this is the case, we may opt to have these parcels returned to us in the case of non-deliverable by the delivering courier company and cancel/refund your order as a result

Please note: if the parcel was returned to sender due to customers' mistake, e.g: wrong information left, unclaimed, etc, a $7 redelivery fee may be charged.
We will allow a return for refund or exchange product where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:
Returned within 14 days of receiving the order;
As new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags intact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
In a resalable condition;
Must include all items that were included in the original package, such as cords, cables, remote controls, manuals, warranty and rebate cards, free gifts or bonus items;
All parts and accessories must be intact. And not damaged in any way.
To return your item for a change of mind, you must follow our returns process. Do not return any products before receiving instructions from our customer service team.
For non-faulty items, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item, including the cost of return or exchange shipping.
In the event that an item is not returned to us in the original condition and packaging, we might deduct the amount of loss(deduct up to 50% from the refund) and give you a partial refund.
