Delivery

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, by purchasing this item, the customer permits authorisation to leave (unattended delivery) by default. If you have any questions please contact us via your Kogan account. In the event of authorisation to leave (unattended delivery), the buyer accepts the risk for theft or damages to item left at premise. 

Returns

We accept Returns, 14 days from the item is delivered, buys pays the return postage.

Any change of mind returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
