Damages and Issues

Returns

To initiate a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase within 14 days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Please be aware that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery online. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the system.

Warranty Information

Our warranty process at TradeHut is as follows:
Contact us to obtain warranty authorization and provide all necessary information. We may require photos or verification of the issue from one of our service agents.

For minor defects that are repairable, we will either send replacement parts or refer you to one of our authorized service agents.

In the case of major defects that are not repairable, we will offer to replace the item or provide a refund.
We strive to repair or replace faulty goods within the warranty period. If we are unable to do so within a reasonable timeframe, we will offer store credit or a refund. However, exceptions may apply in cases of damage or misuse, such as negligent operation, improper assembly, inadequate maintenance, unauthorized repairs, storm damage, or modifications. Certain limitations also apply, especially in areas prone to rust, sea spray, coastal environments, or industrial contamination.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, and warranties are non-transferable. Any freight damage or missing parts must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

All warranty claims must be approved by a TradeHut staff member.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
