Returns Policy

TOYBERRY accept the return application within 30 days, the customer can return the product during this period. If it is a quality problem, we will bear the freight. If the buyer's own reasons, the buyer needs to pay the freight.

Warranty Information

TOYBERRY provides a three-month warranty for all products. If you have any questions within three months, you can contact us.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
