To enquire about an existing order, please contact the Seller via the Order History in your Account dashboard.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
We reserve the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
In the event that an item is listed with an incorrect price or incorrect information, we shall reserve our right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
Due to some bulk items, we require a Physical address to fulfill the delivery and is unable to deliver to a Post Office, Parcel Lockers and P.O. Box Address.
Orders are subject to be dispatched within the dispatch time specified on the product listing and to allow approximately 5 - 12 business days for product to arrive.
Delivery will be at the front of the property or may require to be picked up from your local depot. There are also instances wherein the driver may need assistance to unload the product.
Product redelivery is subject to additional shipping fees if there's already an attempted delivery made.
We at Toughland understand that customers sometimes change their minds with their orders. This is why we made it easier for you by offering a 30 day Returns Guarantee.
You just need to let us know and we can arrange a return and provide you with a refund minus any postage costs. You just need to ensure that the product is in brand new, unused and resellable condition with the original packaging. In any case the packaging has been opened or damaged, we reserve our right to decline the return completely.
All returns that will fall under the 30 day Returns Guarantee will be charged with a 30% restocking fee and the buyer is the one responsible for the cost of sending the product back to us.
We offer 12 Months warranty on all products from purchase date, unless stated otherwise.
Warranty does not cover the following:
*The warranty period for commercial use is 3 months only.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
