Return requests must be lodged with The Grit Customer Service via the order history page in your account dashboard within 30 days of purchase. Contact us and one of our friendly staff will assist you every step of the way. Please package the item to be returned in its original unopened brand new condition, ready to be put back on the shelf. Any shipping costs incurred are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed by The Grit within 48 hours of receiving the item at our warehouse. All refund claims made within the 30 day period will be issued in the method by which they were paid.
Faulty / Damaged Goods
Please contact us to initiate a return for faulty or damaged items. Upon receipt of the item and confirmation of the fault, a replacement will be sent out to you at no extra cost, or another suitable resolution will be provided.
