All items are posted with Australia Post, with all in stock items ordered before 3pm Sydney time being posted the same or next business day (excludes Pre-Orders). Pre-Order items with strict release dates are typically posted 1-2 days before the official release date depending on their destination so that your Pre-Order arrives on or as close to the release date as possible.

Faulty Goods

If a product is faulty or damaged please contact us via the Order History in your Account dashboard for a return authorisation. Once your return has been authorised, you will receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return postage instructions. Faulty goods will be tested to confirm the fault, and refunded or replaced if found to be faulty. Items found to be working will be charged a re-delivery fee to return the item to the buyer. Please check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or latest updates & patches which can provide solutions to most common problems. 


The Gamesmen can provide a refund to the original payment method only. The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. If a product is received faulty (DOA), damaged or you receive the incorrect product, we will be happy to refund both the product and delivery costs.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind Returns

All change of mind returns must be accompanied with a proof of purchase and sealed in their original packaging, unused, unopened and in brand new resalable condition within 30 days of the product being posted. If the product has a tamper-proof seal, it must be intact and undamaged. Any returns found to have been opened, used or damaged will not be eligible for refund or exchange, and will be held until the customer pays for return postage. If return postage is not paid by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned and we will dispose of it. Restocking fees may apply if the product is not in its original condition.
