If customers find fault with any of our products please notify us within 7 days so that we can replace the gift.
We ask that they kindly return the faulty product unused and in it’s original packaging as soon as possible. The Baby Gift Company will replace faulty products on approval of fault.
The postage cost for returning the faulty product will unfortunately not be refunded however no postage will be charged on replacing the faulty product. If, for any reason we no longer have the product in stock we will offer you an exchange or a refund for the faulty product.
Please allow 14 days for refunds to be processed.
We use reliable courier companies such as Star Track and Australia Post, and offer 2 business day metro delivery. Our products are dispatched in perfect condition and with protective padding to prevent any damages during transit.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
