We will delivery your order(s) through Australia Post,Fastway Couriers or Toll.
We will authorize the courier drivers to leave your parcel in safe areas of your premises if no body is home unless you contact us to disagree with "Authorize to leave".
We accept return if the product is received faulty within 30 days. We will either send you a replacement or issue you refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping for non-quality issue related return. However, we do not accept return if the damage occurs after use. All return must be sent in original condition with everything included in the package. A restocking fee may apply if you fail to return the item in original condition such as missing accessories,damaged packages and etc.
Unless otherwise stated, Taurus Legend offers a 12 month warranty on all products from the date of purchase. It cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The warranty period for commercial use is 3 months.
You are entitled to a replacement or a full refund for a major failure of our product. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
Our warranty cover does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect, and lack of maintenance, use of incorrect voltage, power surges, voltage supply problems, tampering or unauthorised repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
