Supportive Solutions is a proudly-owned small business. We have no desire to become a big business. We think small is great, because it connects us, as people, to you, as people. We want to provide you with products you want, and the kind of service that we like to receive, when we're the ones wearing the 'customer' hat. And we'll strive to do it at the best price we can. Pretty simple really.

Our range of products has grown organically - that is to say, with a life of its own in a sense. It all started with a single item that I had found hard to source for my own use - so when I did locate it, it just made sense to buy a bunch of them and make them more easily available to other people. Then that grew slowly as I happened to be buying other items - I would track down good sources, away from the mainstream retailers, then take the opportunity to buy more than I needed and sell them on to others. At a certain point it all became a full-time activity for me and I added more and more items to the range, which has now grown to thousands of different products. So the reason for the slightly oddball collection of products in one place is that it's a representation of me, through my interests.

Shipping

Orders are delivered by Australia Post or courier. Orders will be despatched on the same or next business day. Typical delivery is then dependent on Australia Post or courier performance. Most orders then take up to approximately 3 or 4 business days to reach their destination, though this does vary as per Australia Post performance which is out of our control. 

Returns & Warranty

Order Cancellations & Refunds
In the event of a cancellation request, we are happy to assist, as long as the order has not yet been shipped. 
 
Item Returns & Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to Supportive Solutions for a refund. Damaged items sold “as is” are excluded. Refunds do not include any fees that have been incurred for the transaction for the payment processor etc, nor do they include shipping costs. These will be deducted from the refunded amount as they are not recoverable.
 
Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. 
 
With our return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition - specifically, this means unused condition.
 
You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.

Please inform us by contacting us through your Dashboard. Include your order number, date of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send it back to us using the address provided. You will not be reimbursed for shipping.
- Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and issued within 7 days. 
- As part of our return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed within 30 days of purchase.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
