Once you've placed your order we know you want it as quickly as possible. Please make sure you provide us with a valid delivery address and contact phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues with the delivery. Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. (Peak periods may be longer)
We pack all orders carefully to make sure they reach you in the most satisfying condition. Sometimes packaging doesn't look perfect on arrival. Please check the items first and report any item damage to us straight away.
Orders are delivered by Australia Post or one of our preferred couriers.

All orders are tracked. You can view the tracking number from within My Account Dashboard. You can track your order on the Australia Post website at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track or if it's sent through one of our couriers, on their website. Note sometimes it can take up to 1 business day for an item to be scanned into the system with Australia Post once dispatched.
All tracked consignments are covered for damage or loss. We don't provide cover for loss once an item is confirmed as delivered by Australia Post or courier service when safe drop is used.

We carefully check every individual product before it's packed and sent to you. For health and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns just because you changed your mind or your personal circumstances have changed. For all products, returns are only accepted when there is a fault with the product or it arrives damaged or in an otherwise un-usable condition.
Please be aware that fraudulent returns will not be accepted. Where such returns are rejected by us, you will be required to pay for return postage so we can return the items back to you. We will hold the goods for up to 30 days, at which time they will be deemed abandoned and disposed of at our discretion without any further liability.
Should there be a need to return your order to us, please contact us first before sending anything back.
When returning anything to us, you must send it back with valid tracking which can be monitored online. Without a verifiable tracking number, you accept full risk of the item not reaching us. We can't do anything if the item is not received by us.
