Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Remote areas will require longer delivery time. If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.
We work with different courier partners to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The type of courier used is dependent upon size and weight of each item and the delivery location.
Combined postage for different products is not available as size and weight limitations generally prevent items from being dispatched in one consignment.
We aim to dispatch all products within one working day after your full payment is made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

1 Year warranty Policy:
To be concerned as items for standard warranty, the products must be bought from us. There are no physical damaged sights found.
Standard warranty can be claimed as Replacement or Refund as your choice.
Free Return label (standard parcel post 3-5 business days) will be offered once RMA (warranty claim approved). We will not offer a Free return label if your RMA claim only contains accessories (For example: USB cables, case cover, screen protectors… etc) , you will need to return those accessories back for warranty claim at your own cost. Drop off at our warehouse is also available, RMA must be lodged before bringing into our warehouse.
In terms of your RMA created with a request of replacement, we will send the replacement out at our cost. The replacement items also can be combined with your online order as requested.
Our warranty team will contact the claimer to confirm once we received the parcel and inform us if there are anything unclear or items not matching with the RMA list.
The final warranty claim result will be informed by call back or emailed as requested.
1) For all faulty items returned within 6 months (From the date of your purchase), we will offer replacement / refund as you requested as long as there are no physical damage signs or outside of our purchase.
2) For all faulty items returned over 6 month ( From the date of your purchase) : If it is the quality problem of the product itself, you would get the replacement or maintenance service, there is no refund available. This maintenance service does not include the cost of replacing hardware in the process. And the daily consumption and wear of hardware are not within the scope of maintenance. Any physical damage, liquid damage, abuse, misuse, modification, or serving by any company other than the supplier will void all warranties provided.
After checking by our team, once the manufacturer’s warranties program is executed, the product will be sent to the screen manufacturer’s service center, and the inspection process of the manufacturer will be needed to determine whether the problem is caused by the product itself, and the inspection report will be attached. If the problem is the product itself, the manufacturer will perform the corresponding duties, otherwise the product will not be guaranteed any warranty services. This process requires at least 30 business days.
3) For any of the products over 6 months, it cannot be accepted by express warranty claim.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
