Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are wanting to send it back within 14 days of purchase in its original condition (with packaging intact), we are happy to refund you. If a product is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 14 days and we will happily refund. We may ask you to return the item using a pre-paid postage label so please don't dispose of it until we let you know.

Warranty

All products have minimum 12 months warranty, some products have 24 months as noted in product description.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
