Delivery

Orders are shipped within 1 business day from our warehouse in Australia (excluding weekends and holidays).

If you place your order Monday to Friday before 11am AEDT, it will be dispatched on the same day.

If you've missed the 11am cut-off time, or in the unlikely event that your order was unable to be dispatched on the same day, rest assured that it will leave our warehouse on the next business day.

All orders are sent via popular shipping company with tracking.

Your order will be discreetly packaged and will not include references relating to the product title. For further discretion, the sender’s name will not be displayed on the parcel.

Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods (Like Christmas period or COVID-19 Lockdown Period), all depends on courier company actual performance.

Returns

If you have a problem with your goods, please contact us. We will investigate your issues and advise you whether your product may be returned, provide you with instructions on how to return your goods.

Once an item is returned we will inspect your goods and investigate any claimed defect or in some cases, we can offer resend or refund (in warranty period).

If we do not believe a remedy is applicable upon inspecting your goods (for example, where we believe the goods have been misused, or there was a failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, used it in an abnormal way or there has been a failure to take reasonable care), we will reject your claim and return your goods to you. You must cover the cost of return shipping in order to receive goods we have rejected on inspection, and we will provide you with instructions on how to make this payment.

Refunds will be issued using the payment method used for purchase. We aim to process refunds and replacements within few days of receipt by us of the original product, 

Change of Mind Return

Please choose carefully before purchasing as we are unable to accept returns on any adult product for dissatisfaction/tried/used/opened/ unsealed.

We value the health and wellbeing of our customers and guarantee that all products purchased from supplier are new.

We only accept change of mind return when items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them (unopened/original sealed), and in 30 days of you received the tiem.

If you don't follow the return policy, you may not receive a refund.

Change of Mind return cost should cover by buyer and the refund amount will deduct the original shipping cost.

Warranty

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Normally we offer a 30-day warranty period on all general adult products.

Your product may also come with a manufacturer's extended warranty (from 3 months to 12 months).

General manufacture mark (polish mark, chromatic aberration by different screen or pictures. etc.) is not be deemed to be faulty.

Where applicable you may make a claim in relation to goods that are faulty in accordance with our warranty period. This warranty period detail will be specifically advertised in the products listings.
