Orders will be despatched within 2 – 5 working days after the receipt of purchase order & payment. All freight costs will be borne by the purchaser. These costs may include insurance, import and export duties, and any other fees or charges imposed by government agencies or officials. The purchaser is responsible for any loss or damage to goods in transit by any courier or postal service.
RETURNS are generally not accepted for change of mind. If return is accepted for return a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Shipping charges are not refundable. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or the item does not work or becomes faulty please contact us as soon as possible. All items have warranty and will vary per product – generally listed for each item.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
