You are entitled to return your product to receive a refund or exchange within a week of purchase if your product is either:
Over a week after purchase, your product can still be returned to us, however it must be repaired by our suppliers under warranty. The length of time for warranty repairs do vary, we will however try to keep you informed and up-to-date throughout the process.

If you require a return for whatever reason, contact us via Order History in your Account dashboard to request a return of your item. We only accept returns if your product is in original condition with all original packaging and proof of purchase.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
