Change of Mind

We offer a change of mind 30 days money back guarantee. If you change your mind, you may return your purchase to us within 30 days of the date you received it.

Please note we will deduct all applicable freight fees from your refund plus a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from final refund.

Items must be returned in their original packaging including all the original contents free from damage. In case the returned item(s) are in unacceptable condition/damaged/altered, we reserved the rights to reject or revise refund amount. In this case, the item will be available at the returned address for buyer collection.

For all change of mind returns, we will only issue refund when we have received the returned item(s) as per tracking number indicates.

The following will be classified as change of mind return: •            You do not like the item/do not need it anymore •                If part(s) were damaged and you refused to accept repair/replacement/refund • Request to cancel order while item(s) have been dispatched with tracking number provided

Mattress firmness is very individual and subjective, a same mattress can be perceived as firm by one user, but soft by another user. In advertising our listings we have taken all care to strictly follow manufacturer's firmness rating. However, there is no single rating which can ever meet every user's subjective expectation. By purchasing this item, buyer agrees that mismatch of firmness expectation on the mattress or any part of the mattress (e.g. sides of mattress) does NOT constitute "item not as described".

For mattresses sold and shipped in vacuum compressed packaging, please ensure you check the size and details of the product printed on the packaging box, and decide that you indeed want this item before decompressing a mattress. Once you have decompressed the mattress it will not fit in original packaging, cannot be re-compressed or re-sold. This means the item is no longer in original condition. By purchasing this item, buyer agrees that seller can reject the return of a decompressed mattress.


All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia within 24 hours after payment has been cleared. We deliver Australia wide, some regional areas may be excluded.

To offer quality products at very low cost, we will always appoint the most economical third-party courier companies (Toll Ipec, Direct Freight, Fastway Couriers, Hunter Express) to deliver your order.

It’s important to note that we do not control any third-party courier companies’ operations and cannot be responsible for delivery time frame or delay, any promise or ETA they made to you.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number which can be used on courier’s website to track delivery status. To avoid delivery disappointment, we highly recommend that you contact appointed courier company directly to make an appointment for your desired delivery time.

Most third-party courier companies will attempt delivery on weekdays during business hours only (9am to 5pm). If you are unable to receive deliveries during business hours please contact us and we shall try our best to find a solution to workaround this issue.

To make sure you receive your order in time, unattended delivery / ATL (item to be left without signature) will be set by default for all deliveries unless delivery address is for apartments OR you contact us prior to dispatch that you wish to sign for delivery. In the event of unattended delivery / ATL, buyer accepts the risk for theft or others damages to item left at premise.

If you are not at home and the driver deems it not safe to leave the item at your address, a “sorry we missed you card” will be left and item(s) will be re-directed to your nearest depot. We highly recommend you to pick up the missed item directly from courier’s depot as re-delivery can be arranged but additional charges may apply.


For any manufacturing defects and damages in transit, we offer easy replacements.

In case you received a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Send us a few photographs with the order number, we will assess the damage and revert within 24 hours. We will either arrange to collect the product and send you a replacement free of charge or offer partial refund depending (case by case). We reserved the rights to reject any claims if not notified within 7 days of receipt.

Does not cover item(s) are that damaged due to fair wear and tear; misuse; failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
