Shipping & Returns

1. Goods supplied in accordance with the buyer’s order can only be returned with the approval of the seller. We will provide you with a product returns form that must be included in the returns parcel.

2. For hygiene reason, some products are listed as ‘No Returns Accepted’, this is clearly stated in the product listing.

3. The returns item(s) MUST be:
       • In their original/ unused and re-saleable condition
       • In original packaging inside a shipping carton/ bag
       • The item returned within 7 days from the receipt of goods.
       • Buyer is responsible for organizing the returns and the associated shipping costs

4.  For product returns to exchange for size etc, the buyer is required to pay the re-shipping fee for us to resend the correct sizing product to them. Free shipping is offered for the initial purchase only.

5.  For returns item approved for a refund, we will refund the amount buyer paid less shipping fee incurred in sending you the parcel. We won’t be able to refund shipping cost incurred as it is not retrievable. The refund will be in the form of the original payment method used by the buyer.

6. The seller reserves the right to levy a restocking fee against any returns the seller may agree to accept. Such fees may be up to 15% of the invoice priced and levied at the seller’s absolute discretion.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
