Most of our items are shipped using the Direct Freight Express or Australia Post however other courier companies may be used to fulfill special orders. The tracking information will provided to you once confirmed.
Please note depending on parcel weight and size the postage company may have authority to leave parcel in a safe place on the property. Please ensure you keep an eye on tracking number to ensure you have received your parcel as once delivered we are not liable for any theft.

Almost all our parcels are shipped out within one business day. Some will be shipped out same day a purchase depending on cut off times.
If you are not entrely satsfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same conditon that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Please note: If you do wish to return the product for a refund, we will require the item to be sent back to us at buyers expense.
If for whatever reason your item is not as described or there is a fault with your product, you can let us know and we will be more than happy to replace your items for you.

This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Plusoutdoors will repair or replace, at no charge, products parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
