Shipping Policy

For items within your order that are out of stock, (and won’t have any stock replenishment for a while), a refund will be provided to the customer depending on the amount paid for the said item/s that is/are unavailable, and we will ship the rest items from your order that are fully processed.

For metro areas, the delivery time is approx. 3 business days.

For rural areas, the delivery time may take up to 5 business days.

Kind reminder: The delivery might take longer during peak season and under unexpected events. Please track your order regularly by visiting our courier partners’ websites. 

Refund Policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGE, & ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

We accommodate returns, exchange, and order cancellation requests during our business days and hours (Monday - Friday from 9pm to 6pm). If a request has been sent beyond our business hours, chances are that our warehouse has officially processed your order and has been picked up by the courier which we can no longer amend nor retrieve. 

If the order has been shipped and you no longer need the product, simply return your purchase within 14 DAYS FROM DELIVERY DATE with the original packaging remain unopened.

Please contact us with your order number and photo of the unpacked item as proof that it’s still in packaging is untampered and in good condition, to receive your return authorization. Under this scenario, you will be the one responsible to settle the shipping fee incurred for the item to return. You may use the carrier of your choice by registered post and inform us with the tracking number, once you already shipped back the item. We will process the refund as soon as our warehouse received and examined the condition of the returned item/s. We will then send an email confirmation of your refund request once we verified the status of the returned item/s received in our warehouse.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CUSTOMER MUST TAKE REASONABLE CARE AND ENSURE THAT RETURNED ITEM WILL NOT GET DAMAGED IN TRANSIT TO ENSURE THAT WE RECEIVE THE ITEM IN GOOD CONDITION.

DEFECTIVE & DAMAGED ITEMS

In cases where you received your purchased item/s with dents, missing parts, broken and/or damaged, kindly do the following procedure:

Take a photo/s or video/s of the item that you identified as flawed, missing, or defective.

Contact us within 5 business days after you have received the item, along with the order number and images/video of the defective or damaged item attached.

We will initiate an investigation once we have received your complaint and/or request. You’ll be eligible for a refund once we verified the product defect, however, a shipping fee refund is NOT included.

Warranty Terms

For items like furniture, non-consumables, and tech products, customer is entitled to have the item repaired, or request for a replacement if the product has been received by the customer in an unacceptable quality, and the damage doesn’t amount to a major defect.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Warranty coverage against product defects is provided given that product amounts to a major failure within 12 months from the date of purchase and are:

A reasonable consumer would not have purchased;

Significantly different from the description, sample or demonstration model, and can’t be fixed easily or within a reasonable time &
The product was exclusively purchased from Petso with proof of purchase, and not from other stores.

If the customer is on the abovementioned condition, He or She is entitled for a:

1. Refund OR
2. Replacement. 

However, the above-limited warranties are not applicable for any of our products which have been altered by any person, dealer, or company without the express written authorization of Petso.

PRODUCT RETURN TERMS

If a customer wants to return defective or broken product/s with request to either refund or replacement, Petso will cover the initial cost of shipping and/or posting the product back to our warehouse.

You may return new, unopened items fulfilled by Petso within 14 days of receipt of delivery for a replacement or full refund of the price you paid for the item if you change your mind. Unless otherwise stated, original shipping fees for the said return will NOT be refunded. 

Some items have different policies and/or requirements associated for item returns out of change of mind. Products may range from used litter box, food bowls, worn pet clothes, other hygiene related items, and more.

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS

Warranty claims are limited within 12 months from the date of purchase. If product is claimed to be defective, broken, and/or with missing parts, will be subjected to usage inspection courtesy of our customer support agent to ensure that usage of the item is done properly. All of the above are subject for interpretation especially if the reason why item had been defective or broken is caused by our end.

ELIGIBILITY TO WARRANTIES AGAINST DEFECTS

As long as the customer purchased the product that is sold by Petso, and can provide a solid proof of purchase (receipts), he or she is eligible to get the warranty claim of the defective and/or broken item.
Fraudulent Orders

Petso reserves the right to place temporarily on hold or cancel an order in the event that we have reasonable grounds to prove that the said order is fraudulent. In such circumstances, we will attempt to contact you, via email address you provided us, at the time of booking. We will also request you to either provide further proof of identify before we proceed with the order.

In the event we are not able to contact you or the information provided does not meet our minimum identification requirements, we may cancel the order with no liability or whatsoever.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
