Return Policies

1. Change of Mind (14-Day Returns)

You may return unopened, unused pet products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Exclusions: Perishable items (e.g., pet food), personalized products, or hygiene-related items (e.g., pet grooming tools) are final sale.

Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products (Australian Consumer Law Guarantees)

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we offer a free replacement, refund, or repair as required by law.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/video of the issue

Return shipping costs are covered by us for valid claims.

3. How to Return

Contact us via the Order History in your Account Dashboard with your order details and reason for return.

We’ll send a return authorization and instructions.

Ship the item back to us (tracked shipping recommended). Return address:13 Dhalla street Thornhill Park VIC 3335.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened pet food/treats (for safety reasons)
  • Used bedding, toys, or hygiene products
  • Items damaged by misuse or pets

Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Partners

We ship from our Melbourne and Perth warehouses via:

Australia Post (standard deliveries)

Partnered couriers (for commercial addresses)

⚠ Important Restrictions:

Couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers

2. Delivery Timeframes

Warehouse: Melbourne & Perth

Delivery Estimate: 2-10 business days

All prices shown are standard Australia Post/courier rates

3. Authority to Leave (ATL)

All residential deliveries use ATL by default

Packages will be left in a secure location if unattended

4. Tracking & Support

All shipments include tracking (sent via email).

Report missing packages within 14 days of dispatch.

Carrier investigations may take 5-10 business days.

5. Special Cases

Remote Areas: Add 2-3 extra days for NT, TAS, and regional WA

Some locations may incur additional surcharges.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
