Delivery

Pet Station tries to ensure that all products are delivered in a prompt and timely manner. However, from time to time, it is possible that shipping and other factors outside of our control may result in delays. Pet Station does not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays and we shall not be liable for any inaccuracy of information provided in relation to the date and time of delivery.

Pet Station reserves the right not to ship to remote or rural locations.

As we sell over 8000 products we are unable to keep everything in stock, so there will be times when we have to order the item in from our supplier which normally takes around 24 to 48 hours. As soon as the product arrives at our warehouse it will be sent out to you straight away. Please be aware of this before purchasing.

Returns

Pet Station will accept any new and unused purchase returned within 30-days of purchase for a refund or exchange (excluding freight charges). Any goods returned for a refund or exchange must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition, accompanied by the original invoice number, date of purchase and reason for return.

Please contact us in the event that you're not satisfied with your purchase or service we have provided as we're more than happy to work with you to ensure a positive experience.

All returns are subject to inspection by Pet Station and must be returned to the address shown on the invoice at the consumer’s expense for inspection. Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration.

No liability will be attached to Pet Station for any loss of profits and/or any other loss, damage or expense arising out of any defect from supplied componentry.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any return at our discretion.

Warranty

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

Q: Is my item covered by Warranty?
A: Yes! We only stock the best-known brands on the market and all goods are backed by manufacturer warranties.

Q: My item doesn't work or is broken when I received it?
A: If the product is not working or incorrect upon receiving it will be replaced and we will organise return freight. Please contact us through your Dashboard this occurs.

Q: How do I make a warranty claim?
A: Please contact us through your Dashboard and we will let you know what to do when making a manufacturer warranty claim. 

Q: How long is my warranty for? 
A: Each and every item has a different manufacturer warranty period. Normally up to 12 months warranty. Consult the item ad for more detail
