Return Policies

1. If the item is faulty or damaged on arrival, or you receive a different item from what you ordered, please provide us with images of the issue within 30 days of purchase. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

2. If you change your mind or place a wrong order, you can return the item for a replacement or partial refund. The customer will cover return and resend postage.

3. When returning an item, please keep it in the original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. If you don't follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a refund.

Shipping Information

1. All orders are sent via AU POST and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. It may take longer due to special circumstances, and rural areas might take up to 10 business days.

2. If there is an issue with the address or no one is available to receive/collect the parcel, AU POST will return the parcel to the sender. In this case, the customer will need to pay for resend postage.

Warranty Information

1. One-year warranty from the purchase date.

2. The warranty does not cover any physical or liquid damage, and any software/compatibility-related issues.

3. If the item stops working within this time, please provide us with images of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
