We are a UK based seller, Originally founded in 1986 as Universal Textiles selling hosiery products the company was transformed in 2012 by the founder's grandson.
Now named Pertemba, we have evolved into an Internationally renowned seller of high quality products, ranging from clothing, shoes and bags to homeware, giftware, outdoor and pet products across over a thousand top brands.

Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We provide estimated lead times which detail the expected time between the date of order and date of dispatch.
Your order will be assigned to the best carrier dependant on value, weight and size. Standard mail deliveries will be completed by Australia Post.
Transit times from the date of dispatch are 7-12 working days.
If you need to return your order simply contact us and we’ll let you know what you need to do.
Returning an item to us is really easy; just make sure the below points are met:
- Goods can only be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be in the original condition and include all original packaging, tags, etc.
- We aim to process returns within 14 days of receiving the item at our warehouse
You are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping for your item and liability will remain with you until we have received it at our warehouse.
We recommend that you use a tracked service, retaining proof of postage and tracking number, to preserve your rights throughout the return process, just in case anything should happen during transit.
Please note that as a UK based seller, any electronic products sold by us will have a UK standard BS 1363 type plug.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
