We offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or wrong decision in accordance with Consumer Law, Palm Gifts will offer a refund for change of mind, incorrect colour, size or choice.
Please open your delivery as soon as it arrives. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged we will offer a full refund or replacement.
All returns or exchanges for faulty or damaged items need to be authorised through Palm Gifts by written authorisation.
Please contact us within 3 days with the order number and photo images of the item and packing label and box in order for your claim to be processed.
We do reserve the right to request that the item be returned to us first for inspection before issuing a replacement or a refund. If the item cannot be replaced a refund will be offered
Items will need to be sent back to us within 14 days from the day of delivery.
When Palm Gifts accepts your return request, we will arrange return shipping at no cost to you.
When returning an item it must be returned in its original unused condition and shipped in protective packaging to prevent damage in transit.
Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on lost parcels.
If the returned item is returned: used, further damaged, missing any parts, or is damaged in transit because it wasn't packaged correctly, you will not be refunded and you will be charged for the return postage costs to recover the sellers return label postage expenses that we paid on your behalf to send it back.
Once we have received the item back in good order and confirmed the fault or damage, we will refund the item or provide a replacement item.
Palm Gifts will not be responsible for return postage costs unless the item is deemed faulty and damaged. If the item is deemed non faulty, it will be sent back to you and you will re charged for delivery cost again.
All Refunds do not include the original cost of delivery.
Refunds can only be paid in the same tender as the original purchase or refunded to the account used to pay for the item.
If items are not sent back to us within 14 days from the day of delivery, no refund will be given.
Shipping is only available within Australia.
At Palm Gifts we use both Australia Post and Couriers with tracking for our deliveries.
Postage times will depend on where you live in Australia.
A street address will be required, with an authority to leave automatically being chosen.
Delivery is not available to PO Box addresses.
Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address, as we do not take responsibility if you do not receive your item due to providing us with an incorrect address.
If an incorrect address is provided to us or the address is incomplete (i.e. no unit number or business name) and the delivery service is unable to deliver the parcel, you will be required to pay additional postage charges for the order to be redelivered.
If for some reason we cannot deliver to your address, we will email you and refund immediately.
All parcels are 'Authority to Leave' meaning Australia Post will leave in the safest place/at your door if no one is home to answer, if there is no safe place it will be taken to your local post office for collection
The delivery price is displayed during the checkout process, prior to payment and order confirmation.
We endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for items to be dispatched once funds have cleared on our end. Excluding weekends and VIC public holidays.
From time to time our suppliers may place items on backorder without our knowledge. If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you immediately to let you know and provide you with the option to replace or refund your order.
Once your goods have been processed and dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number.
If you are unable to locate the tracking number in your dispatched email notification you are welcome to contact us and we can then provide to you the tracking number.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law . You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
