Delivery Policy

Orders are dispatched from our warehouses in Melbourne within 1-2 business day, and you can check the tracking number in the order history. There may be delays on weekends and statutory holidays.

Oppsbuy provides a 3-month warranty for all products, please contact us anytime if you have any questions.

Returns Policy

Oppsbuy stands behind the quality of every product sold and delivered by our team, hoping that each and every customer expectation is met and exceeded. If you change your mind and the item is in its original state and packaging, We accept Change of Mind returns for 30 days after you have received the item, and applicable initial shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If it is a quality problem or shipping damage, we will bear the freight.

Change of mind orders will not be accepted:

· Opened vacuum-packed products
· Assembled furniture
· Large/Bulky Appliances (package unilateral size more than 1.4 meters or weight more than 30kg)

Return requirements:

· Returns must include all accessories
· Item must include original packaging
· Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
