To enquire about an existing order, please contact the Seller via the Order History in your Account dashboard.
• The product(s) must be returned within 14 days of being delivered.
• The return should include the original packaging and all accompanying accessories.
• The product(s) must be in new condition and appropriate for resale.
• The product(s) should not have incurred any damage while in the customer's possession up to the point of the seller receiving the return.
The responsibility for both the risk and cost of the return, including return postage, lies with the customer.
Our suggestion is to recommend to customers that they opt for a tracked service when making a return and consider using an insured service for any high-value items.
The seller will only refund the customer for the initial shipping fee, as stated in the sales order.
Should the returned goods fail to meet the criteria outlined in this policy, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods. If the customer disagrees with this arrangement, the possibility of reaching a resolution through negotiation with the customer may be explored.
In the event of the following circumstances, sellers may defer to their standard return policies:
• If the customer submits a change of mind request after the 14-day period.
• If the customer intends to return open, used, or damaged goods.
Categories not covered by the Change of Mind Policy:
• Appliances and Furniture that are large and/or bulky, often requiring "two man lifts"
• Cosmetics, Beauty, and Personal Care products that have broken or tampered packaging or hygiene seals.
• Perishable Goods and Food items.
• Certain Pantry Products.
• Specific Jewelry orders.
• Adult toys and Sexual Health products.
• Any merchandise where GST has been claimed under the Tourist Refund Scheme, unless proof of GST repayment upon return to Australia is provided.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
