We offer returns (exchange and refund) given that it is within 10 days of purchase.
Change of mind returns are accepted, however a restocking fee of 10% per item applies. The customer will also need to cover the cost of return shipping. Returns are accepted given that the product is unopen, unused and remains in the original packaging. If these conditions are not met, the customer will be denied a refund/ exchange and the item will be returned to them at their own cost.
At MySalon, we pride ourselves with the quality delivered to customers, however in saying that a customer may receive a faulty or damaged item. Please be sure to contact us within one week of the item being delivered with a detailed description and a photo of the item.

We deliver Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays and the delivery time depends on your location and the product availability. All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days depending on stock availability. We use Australia Post as our courier.
