30 DAYS MONEY BACK RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your item for whatever reason, please contact us first. We are happy to assist you and resolve any issues you may have. If there is something with the item, we will simply accept it back for a replacement, exchange or refund. For change of mind returns, the item must be in its original packaging/condition, otherwise a restocking fee may apply.

LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

Our products are made to ensure satisfaction and service during the natural life of the product. We warrant that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of six months from the original date of purchase. Screen protectors are warranted for a period of 30 days from the original date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover defects from product misuse, product neglect, product abuse, product tampering, product alterations, incorrect installation or unauthorized product repairs. We will replace any faulty items free of charge during the warranty period.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
