Manchester Factory is a family owned business that prides itself in selling the best Manchester, Bed Linens and Homewares at the best price in Sydney all out of one Manchester Warehouse!

Our humble beginning started in a Manchester warehouse in Alexandria where we sold Manchester directly out of the cartons the stock came in. We had one brand in those days to now where we stock over 30 brands from big brand names to smaller less known direct importer brands. We have since closed our Alexandria location and now operate out of a retail store based in the heart of Marrickville on Marrickville Rd in the inner west of Sydney. We might have changed location and added a few more brands but Manchester Factory still aims to provide great quality products at a discounted and affordable price!

At Manchester Factory we stock a large range of Manchester. Our range includes Bed Linen, Bamboo Bed Sheets, Bedding, Bath Towel Collections, Blankets, Quilts, Pillows, Sheets, Quilt Covers, Coverlets, Bedspreads, Throw Rugs, Bath Robes, Homeware products and Manchester from well known brands and direct importers. 

This enables us to provide you with high quality items at a great price on Manchester and Bed Linen online and in store.

Estimated Shipping Times

We endeavour to process orders within 24 hours of being placed however during high peak and sale periods it may take up to 48 hours for orders to be processed.

All weekend orders placed from mid-day Friday to Sunday evening are dispatched on Monday.

Below are the estimated transit times from order dispatch.

Sydney Metro - 1 Day

New South Wales - 2-3 days

Victoria - 2-3 Days

Adelaide - 2-3 Days

Queensland - 2-3 Days / Carins please allow up to 4 days.

Western Australia - 7-10 Days

Tasmania - 2-4 Days

Please note the delivery time estimates are worst case and usually deliveries will arrive much sooner. Please keep in mind that orders placed in public holiday periods may be delayed a further day or two due to the increase back log of orders and non-operation of the courier companies.

Our logistic shipment partners are experiencing high volumes of parcels currently which may delay the delivery of your order. Please allow additional days for deliveries due to this. We recommend that you also keep an eye on your tracking details which will be emailed to your order email on dispatch.

If you're experiencing delays outside the delivery time please submit an enquiry directly with our logistic partner via the logistics tracking page. Due to a high volume of emails we're experiencing it will quicker for you to submit this.

We use Startrack Express, Auspost & Sendle - fully traceable courier system for your peace of mind.

Regional orders will be serviced by Startrack whilst all metro orders by Sendle.

All orders will have authority to leave automatically applied to the parcel unless advised otherwise. If you live in a unit or shared premises please advise where to leave the parcel as the courier company will leave the parcel at the premises if no one is home.

We will not be accountable for items which are delivered to the premises but then not found by the buyer. If you do not have a safe place to leave the item then please supply another address such as a business address in which an item can be left. 

Startrack Express, Auspost & Sendle are not associated with us. If you have any concerns with your delivery, please contact Startrack Express, Auspost or Sendle with your tracking number.

Delivery is not available on weekends or public holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

Returns Policy

Manchester Factory does not accept change of mind returns.

Exchanges

Manchester Factory are more than happy to exchange your goods. To ensure the exchange goes smoothly please contact us through your Account Dashboard so that we can step you through the process and also to provide you with an RA number to place on your returns and exchange form.

All unwanted items must be returned in their original condition, unused and unwashed. This means all packaging and labels must be attached. Packaging has to be in original condition (no rips or tears to the plastic/cardboard inserts). Failure to comply by this will result on the goods being returned to you and no refund will be provided.

You are responsible for the associated costs to return the goods back to us, we do recommend that you use the registered post option as Manchester Factory will not take responsibility for items not received if you attempt to send them via non registered mail. Please allow up to 14 days for exchanges and refunds to be received and processed.

Postage charges on returns are not refundable.

Due to OH&S Regulations items such as Pillows, Quilts, Mattress Protectors, Mattress Toppers, Blankets, Under blankets & Bath Robes can’t be exchanged.

Steps for exchange:
1. Place and pay for a new order on kogan marketplace to secure the size/items you are exchanging. This way you are guaranteed to get the item before it gets sold and we can ship it out to you immediately.
2. Send back the items you are exchanging with the exchange/return form filling it in with the RA number provided.
3. When we receive your returned items we will inspect them and process a refund for them if they comply to our conditions above.

Order Cancellations

If you have submitted an order and received a confirmation email and you wish to cancel your order please contact us via your Account Dashboard. If cancellation message is not received by 8.30am day of dispatch order may not be cancelled. 

Faulty Goods?

Every order is inspected by our QA Department before it leaves our Warehouse, this is to ensure you receive product in good condition. If your product for some reason has become faulty due to a manufacturing fault then you need to contact us via your Account Dashboard.

If there is a manufacture fault or the goods are damaged we will refund the purchase price of the goods excluding postage to the purchase payment method.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
