You may contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to return or exchange your item if you change your mind or made an incorrect purchase. The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition for replacement.
If you received the item with free shipping, you will receive the full refund less our original shipping costs. Any items returned that are not in new or unused condition with original manufacturer’s packaging will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for postage costs for both the return and delivery of the exchange. Please ensure your parcel is trackable, as we will not be held responsible for items that do not arrive.
If we have accidentally posted an incorrect item to you, please contact us so we can organise the return and replacement.
