10 Day acceptance period from date of delivery. Damage claims and order discrepancies will not be accepted after this time.
You must obtain a Kang Industral issued RGA number PRIOR to returning any materials.
Returned materials must be received at Kang Industrial in new condition and in original packaging.
Altered items are not eligible for return.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
A 15% re-stocking fee applies to all returns.
1. KANG Industrial provides 12 months warranty for this product from the date of purchase.
2. Please note that this warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, alterations, lack of maintenance or consumable parts.
3. The original end-user must give written notice to Seller of any suspected defect in the Goods prior to the expiration of the warranty period.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
