All our wall murals and other textile products are printed on-demand.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! Therefore if you are unhappy with your order, we will work with you to resolve any issue you may have had and ensure you are 100% happy with your Product(s).
Note that since all items are printed on-demand, Jess Art Decoration does not offer refunds, exchange or returns on any of its products, except for incorrect, damaged and defective items, within 30 days of the date of receipt.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
