Delivery Policy

We will use Fully tracked couriers and standard shipment for the orders. 

Our products generally get delivered in less than 2 weeks, but sometimes please note: Delivery times are as provided by our carriers and are estimates only. 

Delays may occur during peak periods, and due to factors outside the carrier’s control.

We 100% support our customers. If you are not satisfied or have any problem with our products, please contact us. 

Returns Policy

Sometimes for various reasons that are out of our control you may receive goods that are damaged or faulty.

In the event of this happening, we will provide a remedy as required by the local laws & regulations.
 
We offer a 14-day return on most of our products. We accept EASY & QUICK returns to Australian address.
 
Please read the conditions and exclusions below:

Conditions

1. Your item must be in a saleable condition, meaning all original packaging (including shrink wrap and security seals) must be fully intact and the item should be unopened, unwashed, or otherwise unused.
2. Any accessories, manuals and gifts included with the item must be returned.
3. All labels and tags should be still attached.
4. Return shipping is at the buyers’ expense for the change of mind returns.
5. Restocking fees must be apply under change of mind returns and it will be calculated on case-by-case basis.
6. Please make sure you have your order number handy to make the process as smooth as possible.
7. Once approved, you’ll be provided with the return details.
8. When we receive your item back, our team will do a quick assessment then issue you a refund for that product.
9. We accept all returns to Australian address.
10.  The product being returned must not be in the exclusions list below.

Exclusions

1. Health and beauty products, including cosmetics and fragrances.
2. Hosiery, underwear, and swimwear.
3. Bedding and accessories (e.g., pillows, mattress toppers/protectors etc.)

In case product/s is damaged/ incorrect upon arrival: If product/s arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 3 Days from the delivery date, with the following information:

• Photo or video of the damaged/incorrect item with an explanation
• Photo of the shipping label
• Photo of SKU code which is on the actual product packet or box.

We will provide the further assistance on case-by-case basis.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you to return label to collect the item or else we will provide you full refund.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australia Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
