Return Policy

The following reasonable conditions apply to our Returns Policy:

• Items must be returned in the original, unused, undamaged packaging and in as-new re-saleable condition within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.
• Packages must be returned complete.

Warranty Policy

• If you think you have a faulty product we are more than happy to help you get the issue solved. At Itti we have a six (6) months warranty on all Itti products from date of purchase. This guarantee is valid for the ORIGINAL purchaser only.
• At our discretion, we will organise repair or replacement as necessary.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
