To enquire about an existing order, please contact the Seller via the Order History in your Account dashboard.
Once customer completes a purchase, we will organise for your order to be dispatched as soon as possible. Once it is dispatched, the tracking reference will be so you can know when to expect it.

Delivery Note: Orders placed after 9AM AEST on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be ready for dispatch the next business day.
We understand that sometimes a product just doesn't fit, please send a message via the purchased marketplace portal for a return request. Refund will be issued within 5 business days after the returned shoes are received in our warehouse.
We offer 30-Day FREE return for FULL Priced items only. For 30-Day returns of sale items, customers are responsible for their own return delivery. To be eligible for return, the item must be:1. Returned to us within 30 days from the time of receipt of delivery.2. Unworn, undamaged, and unmarked3. In their original condition, the inner packaging or shoe box is considered as part of the item.
We only accept returns from within Australia.
For faulty items, please send photos clearly showing the fault.
We DO NOT offer exchange at this time.
iShoes come with standard 6 months warranty that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major defect and fault in consideration outside of the usual wear and tear condition. Proof of purchase (invoice or paid Order confirmation) must be provided when requesting service under the Standard Warranties. Where Products are already faulty or damaged upon delivery, photographic evidence of the damage must be submitted.
