Sold and delivered by House of Candles (ABN 89 350 010 815)
To enquire about an existing order, please contact the Seller via the Order History in your Account dashboard.
All items are sent via Australia Post tracking.
Each delivery requires a signature on delivery.
If you are not home at the time of delivery Australia Post will leave a card for you to collect your items at your local Post Office. These items are only held for a maximum of 7 days where they are then returned to sender.
There is a $10 fee for parcels returned to sender for non collection by you - the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for all costs incurred for re posting of any items.
If your parcel has not arrived within 2 weeks from the purchase date please contact House Of Candles via your Kogan account immediately to chase up for you.
Please note there is a 3 day turnaround on all orders. This allows me to blend your oils make your product wrap label and dispatch your products.
Please choose your items carefully prior to ordering. Should items be damaged in transit please submit photos via your Kogan account within 48 hours of acceptance and signature of delivery. After this time frame all claims will be null and void.
For items to be returned for refund that are damaged or wrong size, blend or otherwise please contact us for a return post label and manifest number. All returns are to be sent via Australia Post eparcel service with tracking and signature that will supplied to you.
Items returned by you in any other manner will not be refunded nor exchanged. Please note NO PHOTOS - NO EXCHANGE.
In certain circumstances if items are refunded there is a 20% restocking fee.
All return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you choose to return any goods or products for any reason other than damaged or incorrect fragrance/product ALL return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you return a product simply because you did not like the fragrance there is a $10 forward/return postage cost that will be taken from the final amount prior to refund.
Should you choose to return goods and or products simply because they arrived late, not in stock at time of purchase, on back order or alike return postage costs are to be paid by the buyer.
If your parcel is returned due to incorrect address details it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay return postage costs back to House of Candles. Should you require your products to be re posted again costs will be charged at weight rate by Australia Post domestic or DHL International they will NOT be charged at the flat rate/free shipping rate. Should you require a refund on returned goods that had a incorrect address details you will be charged return postage costs and a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds are not processed until goods have arrived back to House Of Candles in full saleable condition. There is also a 20% restocking fee unless otherwise agreed to.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
