Terms of Sales
Please contact us through Kogan if you have NOT received item in 15 days, we will check it with post office, courier companies and then resend or refund any missing item.
- In the unlikely event that your product is faulty in anyway, you must contact us through Kogan ASAP and if required provide us with photo or video evidence, or if needed return it within 7 Days of receipt. The postage and packaging fee will be refunded if confirm item is faulty, in case of buyer remorse case, we will only be able to refund you the item cost , postage and packaging cost will not be refunded, and the returned item must be unopened and in resalable condition.
- Please allow up to 5 Working Days for us to process your returned item.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
