Please note that there are a number of items that can not be returned:

• Hosiery once opened
• Wigs if they have been opened
• Items that include underwear
• Opened booty shorts
• Make up if opened
• Pierced earrings
• Inflatable products
• Any other items that are of a personal nature
• Bargain Box or Sale items
• Products with missing or incomplete packaging
• Special order or bulk order items (if accepted may be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee)

Faulty or damaged items:

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us via the "Order History" in your account dashboard. We will work with you to reach a reasonable solution in the form of a refund or replacement.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
