Our parcels are sent via Australia Post. Please allow adequate time for delivery by ordering in advance of your wedding or event to avoid disappointment.
Gem's Wedding Supplies are excited to be part of your special day and understand how important the day is to you. If you receive an order and are not 100% happy, please contact us so we can rectify any problems.
Apart from returns for incorrect, damaged or faulty products, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned within 30 days in suitable packaging to prevent damage in transit. Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the return.
In the unlikely event that a product is damaged in transit, or the incorrect item has been shipped, we may also require a digital photograph. Our Customer Service will contact you to organise an appropriate solution for you which may include the return of the item at our cost.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
