The warranty is valid beginning on the date of purchase from us. We will replace or repair the item at our discretion and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty claims must be accompanied by an acceptable proof of purchase. This Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, accidents, known faults before purchase, or any modification to a friendie item. We can also not be held responsible for loss, damage or cost resulting from the use or loss of our products.
Please note that general wear and tear, including but not limited to the breakdown of colours and materials over a reasonable time is not considered a material or manufacturing defect. A reasonable consumer would expect athletic headphones to wear and tear faster due to physical activity.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
