Product Display

Please note that colour of products as shown on the website may vary slightly in shade in real life.

We have taken every measure to provide accurate product images for each product for sale on the site. However, due to a number of mitigating factors such as Internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any colour discrepancies between the image and the actual product.
As with any textile product coloured by dyes, there may be unavoidable differences between production batches. The same colour name used across different product lines from our store may not reflect the same colour.
Please note regardless of our best efforts to accurately colour match products, there may be a slight variation in colour due to photographic conditions and the resolution of computer screen. 

Information about orders, cancellation & refunds

(a) We hold the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price, shipping charges or the product description at the time you ordered, or any other error(s) in your order. Products may slightly vary from images due to light conditions and quality of your display devices. Prices of products and services and delivery and other charges displayed on this site are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability.

(b) Order can be cancelled/modified due to change of mind within 2 hours. 

We will offer a refund/exchange on most products purchased from Elan Linen. If you are not happy with your product, return it to us for a refund/and or exchange. Please review the below Returns Policy for details.

Change of Mind Returns

We aim to make you feel absolutely confident while shopping with Elan Linen and hence; we give you the option to return any unopened, unused item with its original packaging for any reason within 30 days of receiving the item. Please read the following carefully:

(a) You should have your original tax invoice (email receipt) at the time of returning the product(s) 

(b) The item is in ready-to-sale condition including that:

- It is in its original packing, including instruction manuals and all accessories;

- It is unused, unopened and in its original condition;

- Any labels are still attached

(c) The product should not be the one where return is not applicable (such as customized goods etc).

(d) Change of mind returns are subject to a $20 restocking fee.

(g) In order to assist the return process, you may be required to provide additional information. Please do not attempt to return the items before speaking to one of our specialists (you may be responsible for any associate expenses if you do so).

If these requirements are not fulfilled Elan Linen reserves the right not to offer an exchange or a refund for change of mind returns.

Faulty Product

Please contact Customer Service Centre within 14 days of receiving the goods. You may be required to send the images of the faulty product(s) for inspection by our product team.

Shipping

(a) Products will be dispatched within 1 - 2 business days and delivery can take up to 20 days approximately.

(b) If the order is delayed, we’ll inform you of the estimated time required to fulfil your order and if you’re not satisfied with it, you can cancel the order for a full refund within 24 hours of receiving the notification. You acknowledge that you will not be permitted to withdraw or amend any commitment made for the purchase of products because of any delay in delivery, of which you were informed as promised above, but you could not get back to us within 48 hours. In case of split shipment/ partial shipment, shipping chares are strictly non-refundable.

(c) If you have registered an "Authority to Leave" with our deliveryman, the items or products shall be delivered to the Delivery Address noted on your "Authority to Leave" document, and shall be left there in accordance with your instructions.

(d) We reserve the right to charge you for any additional costs incurred in the re-delivery of the item or products indicated in your order confirmation if:

• 1. after confirming the delivery date with you, there is no person at the Delivery Address to receive the item or product or no person at the Delivery Address that is able to sign any consignment note indicating that the item or product has been received;
  2. through no fault of our deliveryman, our deliveryman is not able to unload or deliver the item or product ordered to the Delivery Address; or
  3. the Delivery Address is incorrect.
• If an item or product is to be collected or we are not able to deliver the item or product due to your unavailability, if the item or product is not collected from our offices or warehouses within 14 days of the sale, we reserve the right to either dispose of or sell the item on terms that we determine to be reasonable. If this occurs, we shall refund to you the proceeds of the sale, less our storage costs of $5.00 per day of storage, our administrative fees of $40.00, and/or any delivery costs incurred by us.

Returns

(a) You agree to acknowledge the terms of our returns policy. If you are not happy with your purchase for some reason then we will provide an exchange or refund but the customer is still liable for shipping charges. Change of mind retruns will only be accepted within 14 days after receiving the product and faulty goods goods will be accepted for return/exchange only if they are returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, unopened and with original packaging and labelling. Products without packages will not be accepted for return. 

(b) Change of mind returns are subject to a $20 restocking fee. You must pay the cost of return freight.

Guarantees

• These products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the products fail to be acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
• Any additional warranties offered for a particular item or product displayed on the product listing will appear on that product's product information web page.
• The warranties given to you under this agreement are in addition to any other statutory rights, remedies, conditions, or warranties, and nothing in this agreement excludes the application of those statutory rights, remedies, conditions, or warranties.
• We warrant that the items or products:
  1. matches the description provided on the product listing;
  2. is fit for the purpose as described on the product listing; or
  3. is of merchantable quality.
