COVID-19 DISRUPTION
Our current dispatch time is approximately 1-7 working days (depending on which warehouse your item ships from). This excludes items that have an estimated shipping time in the title of the listing when purchased. If this is the case the estimated shipping time will also be on your order confirmation in the product title. Once dispatched, the estimated shipping times are below.

Please note, these are estimated shipping times. Weather, human error and other unforeseen circumstances can slow down your order. You will get an online tracking link to follow the progress of your order.
If you suspect any problems or your order has not arrived by the ETA date, please contact usso we can follow it up.
Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Failure to do this indicates you are happy with the shipment received and only warranty claims will be addressed after this date.
Refunds will be given if the product is defective, or if you change your mind and wish to return unused goods within 30 days from purchase. All items must be returned in their original packaging.
If the product is defective, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We will also credit you back for your return postage fees.
If you've simply changed your mind and wish to return your order, we will process your refund once your goods have been received and restocked. In this case, there will be a 10% restocking fee (based on the value of your order) to cover our costs, and you will have to pay the original shipping fee (we will tell you what this is prior to the return as most of our products are sent with free shipping, but the shipping isn't free). You will be responsible for organising return postage and for the return postage fees. This applies only to unused goods within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days from purchase, goods cannot be returned if you change your mind. Used goods cannot be returned if you change your mind.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if you change your mind so long as the goods are un-used. If the item is defective, we will credit the return shipping costs. If you change your mind and wish to return un-used goods, your will be responsible for return shipping costs. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You are required to use a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. All items must be returned in their original packaging.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
