Directly2U takes pride in the care with packing of all our orders, sometimes accidents or errors happen. Notification of damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for. Should your parcel contain a damaged or faulty item, Directly2U will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner.
Please contact us first, items must be returned within 14 business days strictly and must be not used and in the original packaging otherwise a refund will not be granted, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs of the return. Once the return parcel is received and checked (Directly2U has the right to refuse refund if the goods are not in original condition) we will then refund the full value of the product only.
Refunds outside of the 14 days will be subject to a 25% restock fee which will be determined at Directly2U’s discretion.
Warranty does not cover wear and tear, and damages arisen from misuse or use not in accordance with the product instructions.
At Directly2U we have searched for the most cost efficient way to transport goods around the country.
Because many of our products are large and bulky we use a combination of local couriers, and interstate courier companies.
Unfortunately we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Once your order has left our warehouse tracking is provided to you. Signature is required on all parcels, if a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing you of how to collect or re direct your parcel.
At Directly2U we take pride in dispatching your order within 24 business hours or sooner. All shipping times are estimate and Directly2U does not take responsibility for parcels that are delayed by the freight company as this is out of our control.
