- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable, unless the item is damaged in transit or the fault lies with us.

- We recommend using a tracked shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

- If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Delivery & Warranty Issues

Damaged Items 
We take great care in packaging every item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, despite our best efforts, parcels can occasionally be mishandled during transit by courier services. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the damage. Our team will review your claim and work with the relevant courier (e.g., Australia Post) to investigate. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and aim to resolve the matter as promptly and fairly as possible.

Australian Customers: If your order hasn’t arrived within 2 weeks of dispatch, please contact us. We’ll investigate the delay with Australia Post.

New Zealand Customers: Please allow up to 3 weeks from dispatch before contacting us, as international shipping times may vary. We’ll follow up with Australia/NZ Post on your behalf to locate your parcel.

IMPORTANT: Please confirm your delivery address before completing your purchase, as we are unable to change or update it after the order has been placed.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
