Returns policy

40% Restocking fee applies to all goods returned to Depot. Return Freight costs are to be paid by the client returning the goods. All returned goods are subject to Inspection and all original packaging is to be in tact and returned with goods. Used items can not be returned. Returns to be processed no longer than 4 weeks after date of purchase.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
